Getting started
- Open UnderBlue and choose Select Photo, Select Video or Import from Files. You can also share to UnderBlue from the Photos app.
- Pick a look: Natural Dive, Tropical or Deep Dive. Intensity sets how strong it is.
- Custom starts from the Natural Dive result. Adjust it with five sliders.
- Tap Compare to see the original. In the photo editor, pinch or double-tap to zoom.
- For a video, Play 3s plays three seconds from the current position, then returns.
- Tap Export, then Save to Photos.
The same guide is in the app. Tap the question mark button on the home screen.
Common questions
Why can an export take time?
UnderBlue performs depth-aware restoration locally on your iPhone. Long, high-resolution, or HDR videos can take longer and may require additional free storage.
Why is HDR unavailable?
HDR export is offered only for a compatible HDR source after UnderBlue verifies that the device can create a valid HDR output. SDR export remains available.
How do I restore UnderBlue Pro?
Tap Get Pro on the home screen, then choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Diagnostics
Tap the question mark button on the UnderBlue home screen, then choose Prepare diagnostic report. The report is privacy-safe. Nothing is uploaded automatically. You decide whether and where to share the report.
Contact support
Email support@enheart.me for private support, including help with sharing a diagnostic report.
For non-sensitive questions, you may also open a public UnderBlue support request.
Do not attach photos, videos, diagnostic files, email addresses, or other private information to a public GitHub issue. Start with a brief description of the problem; a private method for sharing diagnostics can be arranged if needed.
Sharing a photo or video that didn’t correct well
Email the file to support@enheart.me. If it is too large for email, send a private iCloud Drive or other cloud link instead.
Photos and videos can contain location, capture time, device details and people. Remove anything you do not want to share before you send it. A shared file is used only to answer your request and fix the problem. It is not used for anything else, such as test material, without your permission.
